Case study
Yannis Gautier A site that carries a voice
When it is a person going online rather than a company, the site has to sound like their voice. We built Yannis Gautier's around his own story, with premium areas and paid appointment booking.
The context
Yannis Gautier writes, teaches and counsels — pastor, speaker, author. Eighteen books, a daily devotional, courses, and a ministry carried out in prisons: the offer belongs to a person, not to an organisation.
That difference changes the whole brief. A company introduces itself by what it does; a person introduces themselves by what they have lived. A site that files a life story away in an “about” page and pushes the products forward fails immediately — because the story IS the reason people buy the rest.
On top of that came a far more concrete technical need: selling. Restricted online courses, and paid appointments.
What we produced
A bespoke site, with its restricted areas and its booking system.
An interface with a tone
The interface was designed to be welcoming and calm, with a visual register that reflects Yannis Gautier’s approach rather than a neutral wrapper. On a personal site, the aesthetic is not decoration: it is the first sample of the voice people came to hear.
The story at the centre, not in an annexe
The path that brought him here, the call to evangelise, the books, the talks, the courses and the testimony were all brought forward together, as one coherent whole — rather than a biography on one side and a catalogue on the other.
Premium areas
Restricted areas host the online courses. Technically that means accounts, access rights and a clean boundary between what is public and what is paid for: the least visible part of the project, and the part that decides whether it holds.
Paid appointment booking
The site includes a booking system with payment. It is the point that demands the most care, because it combines two fragile things — a diary and a transaction — and a slip in either shows immediately.
Clear ways to get in touch
Visitors can reach him easily, ask a question, find out more. For an activity built on counselling, difficulty in making contact would be a complete contradiction.
What it changes
The site does two jobs: it presents a voice, and it takes payment. The difficulty is not holding one or the other — it is holding both without the second spoiling the first.
A sales page under a biography reads as a pitch in disguise. Here, the commerce is where you expect it, and the story occupies the place it should: in front.

Hamac
Hamac – Selling outdoor advertising to people who live online
An advertising broker whose inventory sits in places rather than on billboards. We built the site that collects already-qualified quote requests — then, month after month, the content that argues for outdoor advertising where the advertisers actually are: online.
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Recruiting at the forum without flying to Paris
The Diaspora job forum brought Malagasy companies and diaspora talent together in Paris for a job-dating event. We built the platform that stretches those two days into five months, and opens them to the companies that could not make the trip.
