1. Purpose
These terms set out how you may access, browse and use Takamoa's digital services, between Takamoa and the user. Using the services means accepting these terms in full.
2. The services
The services give access to content, features, information, tools and digital spaces. Those features may change, in particular for improvement or security reasons.
3. Access requirements
Access requires a compatible device and an internet connection, and where applicable an active account. We aim for continuous availability without being able to guarantee it: access may be suspended for maintenance or on security grounds.
4. User account
The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. They are responsible for all activity carried out from their account, unless proven otherwise.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to make lawful use of the services. The following are forbidden in particular: any fraud, any breach of security, any attempt at unauthorised access, the distribution of unlawful content, and copying the services without permission.
6. Personal data
Takamoa collects data — name, email address, phone number — to run the services, to communicate, and to meet its legal obligations. Details are set out in the privacy policy.
7. Cookies
The site uses necessary, performance and advertising cookies. Users can manage their preferences from their browser settings or from the cookie management interface.
8. Intellectual property
Every element of the services is protected by intellectual property law and belongs exclusively to Takamoa unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction requires prior written permission.
9. Changes to the services
We reserve the right to modify or suspend all or part of the services, without notice and without compensation.
10. Limitation of liability
Takamoa cannot be held liable for service interruptions, network issues, inappropriate use by the user, or indirect damages.
11. Account suspension
An account may be suspended in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or a threat to security.
12. Third-party links and services
Takamoa is not responsible for content or services provided by third parties the services may link to.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. It is up to the user to review them regularly.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law applicable at Takamoa's registered office. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo, Madagascar.
