How to get access

Takamoa Marketing is not sold on its own: it is the tool we use to run your social channels with you. We open your workspace when the plan starts.

Your data

Your accounts stay yours.

  1. Only someone who manages the Page or account can connect it, from the network's authorisation screen, choosing what they grant.

  2. Access tokens are stored encrypted. The data is only used for the service you ask us for: we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

  3. You can cut off access whenever you like, from the network or from the app. On request, we delete your data within 10 days.

Takamoa Marketing is a Takamoa product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Meta or LinkedIn. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn are trademarks of their respective owners.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Takamoa Marketing without a Takamoa plan?

Not for now. Access comes with our Social Marketing plans: we open your workspace when we start, and your team works in it alongside ours.

Which accounts can I connect?

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn Company Pages and TikTok accounts. Personal LinkedIn profiles are not supported.

Who can connect an account?

For a Facebook Page and its Instagram account, someone who manages the Page with enough access (publishing, or moderation and messaging for the Inbox); for LinkedIn, an administrator of the Page; for TikTok, the account holder. They do it from the network's authorisation screen, where they see the permissions requested and can withdraw them at any time.

How do I cut off access and have my data deleted?

Remove the app from the network's settings, or disconnect the account in Takamoa Marketing. For deletion, write to us: we erase the data within 10 days.
