Takamoa Marketing terms of use
Last updated: 27 September 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Takamoa Marketing (marketing.takamoa.com), the social media management app published by Takamoa. They supplement the website terms of use and the contract between Takamoa and the client; where they conflict, the contract prevails.
2. Access
Access is reserved for clients of a Takamoa plan that includes it, and for the people they invite to their workspace. We open the workspace when the plan starts and close it when it ends.
3. Accounts and workspaces
Each user has a personal account and keeps its credentials confidential. The client assigns a role to each member of their workspace and is answerable for the actions taken from it.
4. Connecting social accounts
A Facebook Page and its Instagram professional account are connected by someone who manages the Page with enough access; a LinkedIn Company Page, by an administrator of the Page; a TikTok account, by its holder. The connection is made from the authorisation screen of the network concerned, and the person connecting an account warrants that they are entitled to do so. Takamoa Marketing only uses the permissions granted for the features described on the app's presentation page.
5. Published content
The user remains the owner of, and solely responsible for, the content they prepare, schedule and publish. They warrant that they hold the necessary rights to the text, images, videos, music and trademarks used, and that they comply with each network's terms and community guidelines, including the obligation to disclose commercial or promotional content. By posting to TikTok, they agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.
6. Third-party networks
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok are third-party services, subject to their own terms. A change in their rules or interfaces may limit or suspend a feature of Takamoa Marketing, and Takamoa cannot be held liable for it. Takamoa Marketing is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these networks.
7. Prohibited uses
Prohibited uses include sending unsolicited messages, publishing unlawful or misleading content, harvesting third-party data, circumventing the limits set by the networks, reselling or sharing access, and any breach of the app's security.
8. Personal data
The data received from the networks, how it is used and how long it is kept are described in the privacy policy. For comments and messages from people who write to a Page or account, Takamoa acts on behalf of the client who manages it.
9. Disconnection and deletion
The user can cut off access at any time, from the network's settings or from Takamoa Marketing. On request, or when the plan ends, we delete the connection and the data derived from it within 10 days.
10. Availability
We aim for continuous availability without being able to guarantee it: access may be suspended for maintenance, for an update or on security grounds.
11. Suspension
An account or workspace may be suspended for breach of these terms, fraudulent use, a threat to security, or at a network's request.
12. Liability
Takamoa cannot be held liable for content published by the user, outages specific to the networks, use of the app that breaches these terms, or indirect damage.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. A significant change is announced in the app.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law applicable at Takamoa's registered office. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo, Madagascar.
