Case study
Pardalis IT recruitment without the inbox
An IT recruitment firm loses its best candidates inside its own inbox. We built the platform that receives applications, sorts them, tracks them, and answers the recurring questions without taking anyone off their work.
The context
Pardalis is a recruitment firm specialising in IT. It places technical profiles with mid-caps, SMEs and startups — a market where the candidate is scarcer than the role, and where it is therefore the candidate who has to be won over.
A firm of this size runs into the same wall soon enough. Everything goes through the inbox: applications arrive as attachments, follow-ups get lost in threads, and nobody knows where a file stands without asking someone. The firm is not short of candidates, it is short of visibility over its own candidates.
On the candidate’s side, the effect is worse. A developer who applies and hears nothing does not chase: they draw a conclusion, and they go elsewhere. In a tight market, silence costs you the best ones.
What we produced
A complete digital platform, designed for both sides of recruitment.
A candidate portal
Candidates apply to roles and track their applications. That second point is the real deliverable: seeing where your file stands replaces the follow-up, and removes the interpretation people put on silence.
A filtered search engine
We built a search able to narrow by skills and preferences. In IT recruitment, the precision of the filter decides everything: a candidate who receives three relevant roles comes back, a candidate who receives thirty unsubscribes.
Application tracking, on the recruiter’s side
Recruiters have full visibility over the progress of each process, and handle applications from a back office rather than from a mailbox. Vacancies are published and administered in the same place.
A chatbot for the questions that keep coming back
A chatbot answers frequent questions and resolves common issues in real time. It is not a decorative gadget: in a firm, the same half-dozen questions take up a real share of the team’s time, and each one arrives at a moment when nobody is free.
An interface that holds on every screen
Navigation was designed to work smoothly on every device. A developer browses roles from their phone, usually in the evening, usually without patience.
What it changes
The firm stops running its trade out of an inbox. Applications have a status, recruiters have a view, and candidates have an answer — at the very least, the answer of knowing where they stand.
What the platform improves is not only internal efficiency: it is Pardalis’s employer brand with the very people it is trying to recruit. In this trade, the way you handle an application IS the sales argument.

Hamac – Selling outdoor advertising to people who live online
An advertising broker whose inventory sits in places rather than on billboards. We built the site that collects already-qualified quote requests — then, month after month, the content that argues for outdoor advertising where the advertisers actually are: online.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Recruiting at the forum without flying to Paris
The Diaspora job forum brought Malagasy companies and diaspora talent together in Paris for a job-dating event. We built the platform that stretches those two days into five months, and opens them to the companies that could not make the trip.
