Case study
Dépil Tech A shop reserved for the network
A franchise network orders its materials by e-mail, and head office re-keys everything. We built the private platform where each member orders their print and their internal products, at the rate that applies to them.
The context
Dépil Tech needed a private site: not a shop window, a tool reserved for its members, to order print and buy internal products at preferential rates.
It is a need you meet in every network, and one that is almost always handled badly. Internal orders go by e-mail or by phone, with a price list attached that is never the current version. Someone at head office re-keys it. Someone else chases to find out where their order has got to.
The cost is not in the orders themselves — they are small. It is in the time they take from everybody, and in the fact that this time grows with the network.
What we produced
A bespoke ordering platform, open to members only.
An interface that requires no training
The site was designed for smooth navigation, with a simplified path for each action. That is a demand specific to internal tools: you do not get to choose your users, and nobody is going to sit through training in order to order business cards.
Print orders, with no step that does not earn its place
The ordering system was cut back to what serves. Members submit, customise, track progress and receive real-time notifications.
Tracking is not a comfort. It is what removes the chasing — and the chasing was precisely what cost head office dear.
Internal purchases, presented as a shop
A dedicated section for internal products, with clear descriptions, detailed images and organisation by category. Members compare, choose and check out in a few clicks.
Treating an internal catalogue as a real catalogue is not vanity: it is what makes people find the right product first time instead of picking up the phone.
Network rates, built in
Every member sees the prices that apply to them directly. No more grid as an attachment, no more out-of-date version, no more doubt about what will be invoiced. Transparency here is a feature, not a stated value.
What it changes
Head office stops being a service counter. Internal orders run themselves, at the right rate and with a status anyone can check, and the time that frees up does not come back — it is simply no longer spent.
It is the kind of platform you show to nobody and that shapes a network’s daily life. It is not judged on how it looks, but on how many e-mails it made disappear.

Hamac – Selling outdoor advertising to people who live online
An advertising broker whose inventory sits in places rather than on billboards. We built the site that collects already-qualified quote requests — then, month after month, the content that argues for outdoor advertising where the advertisers actually are: online.

The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Recruiting at the forum without flying to Paris
The Diaspora job forum brought Malagasy companies and diaspora talent together in Paris for a job-dating event. We built the platform that stretches those two days into five months, and opens them to the companies that could not make the trip.
