Case study
Cancham Five resource centres in a single site
A chamber of commerce sells nothing: it grants access. We rebuilt Cancham's site around its five resource centres — dashboard, catalogue, digital library, comparative data and commissioned studies — in a multilingual interface the team administers itself.
The context
Cancham is the chamber of commerce and cooperation between Canada and Madagascar, active since 2016.
A chamber of commerce does not sell a product: it gives access to information — market data, exporter catalogues, reference documents, studies. It is a librarian’s trade, with the drawback that comes with it: every new service becomes one more menu entry, and the site ends up reading like a table of contents nobody finishes.
The existing site had aged on both fronts — how it looked and how it was run. It had to be rebuilt, and above all made self-administered: a chamber publishes continuously, and a site you can only update by calling your agency stops being updated.
What we produced
A complete redesign, visual and functional.
Five resource centres, distinct and legible
The heart of the work was organising five services that share neither an audience nor a use:
- comparative data, to decide quickly;
- an economic dashboard, an interactive overview of the key indicators;
- a product catalogue, presenting what Madagascar has to export;
- a digital library, free or paid;
- commissioned studies, on request.
Treating them as five entries in the same menu would have drowned them. Each one is a resource centre in its own right, with its own front door.
A multilingual site, out of necessity
Multilingual handling is not an option for a bilateral chamber: it is the condition for both sides of the relationship to read the same thing. It was planned into the architecture rather than bolted on afterwards.
A CMS the chamber runs itself
WordPress was installed and configured with a custom theme and the extensions required, so that updating the content depends on nobody but the team.
What keeps a chamber alive
To that we added newsletter subscription and management, social media integration and a full contact form — the channels through which a chamber actually maintains its network between two events.
A responsive rebuild
The design was modernised and adapted to every device, with simplified navigation.
What it changes
Cancham has a site that does its job: making what it holds accessible, in both languages of the relationship it serves, without depending on anyone else to publish.
For an organisation whose value IS the information it makes available, the quality of the site is not a shop window. It is the service.

Hamac
Hamac – Selling outdoor advertising to people who live online
An advertising broker whose inventory sits in places rather than on billboards. We built the site that collects already-qualified quote requests — then, month after month, the content that argues for outdoor advertising where the advertisers actually are: online.
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Recruiting at the forum without flying to Paris
The Diaspora job forum brought Malagasy companies and diaspora talent together in Paris for a job-dating event. We built the platform that stretches those two days into five months, and opens them to the companies that could not make the trip.
