Case study

Siaflore A brand held all the way to the packaging

A wellness brand sold online is judged on a three-centimetre thumbnail. We built the Siaflore identity all the way down the chain — wordmark, guidelines, materials, and the packaging of the flagship products with its Amazon mockups.

The context

Siaflore sells CBD oils and matcha. Its distribution runs through online sales, Amazon included.

That context moves the whole identity job. A brand sold in a shop is discovered in the hand: you pick up the bottle, you turn it over, you read. A brand sold on a marketplace is discovered in a grid of thumbnails, next to twenty competitors, three centimetres wide. Whatever is not legible at that size does not exist.

And with CBD as with matcha, the promise is the same everywhere — natural, quality, wellbeing. The difference is not made by what you say, but by what the product looks like it is.

What we produced

A complete identity, carried through to the packaging.

The wordmark and its variants

An elegant wordmark, worked into variants that cover the real uses — not a single colour version that would degrade everywhere else.

Guidelines that decide, rather than describe

The guidelines set a refined typeface, a natural palette, a distinctive iconography and the usage rules that go with them.

That last point is what separates a set of guidelines from a moodboard. Without rules, an identity holds for as long as the same person applies it; with them, it survives a new supplier, an intern, and a marketplace that recrops your images.

The presence materials

Social media banners, business cards, moodboards: enough to hold the brand across every channel in the same visual voice.

The packaging, and the Amazon mockups

Premium packaging was designed for the flagship products — the CBD oils and the matcha — with a version per product and mockups optimised for Amazon.

That is the real deliverable of the project. On a marketplace, packaging is not the wrapping: it is the shop window, the product page and the sales argument gathered into a single image. Designing it without thinking about the thumbnail means designing for a shelf that does not exist.

What it changes

Siaflore has an identity that holds at every size and on every medium — from the business card to the Amazon thumbnail.

For a wellness brand sold online, that is the only kind of consistency that can be cashed in: the kind that makes a product seen in a grid of competitors look like it came from somebody.
