Case study
ECE Putting a face on forty years of building
ECE has been building in Madagascar for forty years. Takamoa runs its editorial presence: LinkedIn carousels, brand visuals and a publishing schedule, on a twelve-month engagement.
The context
ECE — Entreprise de Construction et d’Études — works in construction in Madagascar: residential, commercial and industrial buildings, concrete structures, turnkey projects. Forty years in business, and a line that states the ambition: “Bâtir le Madagascar de demain” — building tomorrow’s Madagascar.
The paradox of construction is well known: the better the work, the less it shows. A site that runs smoothly gives nobody anything to talk about. Forty years of craft therefore stayed largely invisible outside the circle of clients who had already experienced it.
What we produce
An editorial line that starts from the trade
Rather than talk about the company, we talk about the site: a series built around what the public never sees — the story behind a build, what is decided before work begins, the share of method in a structure that stands.
Documented LinkedIn carousels
The long format suits a technical trade. Two series carry the presence: one on forty years of expertise, the other on the HSE approach — health, safety, environment — because on a construction site safety is not a selling point but a daily discipline.
Brand visuals
A cover photograph, a pinned post on “building tomorrow’s Madagascar”, “from the plan to the ground” visuals, versions for the high points of the national calendar: the brand holds from one post to the next.
A recruitment template
A reusable model for job adverts, because a company that builds also hires — and a vacancy is a piece of public speech like any other.
A schedule and a sign-off cycle
Every publication goes through client approval before it goes out. In a sector where compliance engages the company’s liability, that is not a formality but a substantive step.
Where we are
The engagement is a twelve-month Premium, started at the end of May 2026. It is still running: this page describes something in motion, not a set of final numbers.
The “forty years of expertise” carousel shown below is published.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar
Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.
ASA
ASA – A digital campaign for an international education
The American School of Antananarivo (ASA), known for an educational offer aligned with International Baccalaureate standards, asked Takamoa to build a full-scale digital campaign.
Cité des Cultures
Cité des Cultures – An identity that holds from one show to the next
A cultural centre whose programme changes every month needed one thing that doesn't. We built its identity — a logo, a four-colour palette and a motion sequence — so the place stays recognisable from one exhibition to the next.
