Case study
Allamanda Hôtel The website of a charming hotel in Diego Suarez
The Allamanda Hôtel overlooks the bay of Diego Suarez. Takamoa designed and built its website: rooms, restaurant, online booking and a real introduction to the destination.
The context
The Allamanda Hôtel is a three-star boutique hotel on rue Richelieu, in Diego Suarez, northern Madagascar — on the edge of the town’s bustle and the calm of the sea, looking out over one of the finest bays in the world.
A hotel this size always runs into the same obstacle online: on search engines as on the booking platforms, it competes with players who spend a hundred times more. Its only weapon is to be found and understood before the traveller makes up their mind.
What we delivered
A website that sells the destination first
An entire section is given over to Diego Suarez: what to see, what to do, why come at all. A traveller who is still hesitating is not looking for a hotel yet — they are looking for a reason to make the trip. Answering that question puts the hotel in front of them earlier in the decision-making process.
The rooms and the restaurant, no detours
Two room categories with their floor areas and capacities, and the Le Melville restaurant with its opening hours and its set menu. The information a visitor actually wants, available without having to write an email.
Online booking
The journey runs to the end on the hotel’s own site, without an intermediary — and therefore without a commission on every night booked.
A gallery and the reviews
Photographs of the property alongside the TripAdvisor and Google reviews, in one place: visual proof and guest reviews, side by side.
A detailed FAQ
Airport transfers, opening hours, services: the questions that keep coming back, answered once and for all. That reduces the number of routine enquiries the front desk has to handle.
What it changes
The Allamanda now has a site where a traveller can go from being curious about a region to booking a room, without ever leaving the hotel’s own domain.
The site is live at allamanda-hotel-mdg.com.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Making a first edition feel like a fixture
The Jeune Patronat de Madagascar was launching its first major entrepreneurs' gathering. In three months Takamoa built the whole thing — identity, content, video, landing page, campaigns — and handed the stage to a host created with artificial intelligence.

Jeune Patronat de Madagascar – Recruiting at the forum without flying to Paris
The Diaspora job forum brought Malagasy companies and diaspora talent together in Paris for a job-dating event. We built the platform that stretches those two days into five months, and opens them to the companies that could not make the trip.
Decobaie
Decobaie – An audit before the mockup
Rebuilding a site without auditing it first means redrawing its faults in nicer colours. We started by measuring where Decobaie's visitors were getting lost, and only then designed, built and optimised.
